Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week (GPSAW)
The George Washington University will be celebrating Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week (GPSAW) during the first week of April (April 1st-April 5th) with a variety of free events for graduate students to unwind, connect with each other and celebrate their accomplishments. Festivities will be kicked off with a reception on Monday, March 25th.
Please join us for the reception to kick off GW’s 2024 GPSAW festivities on Monday, March 25th from 5:00 - 6:30pm in the University Student Center Continental Ballroom.
This is an opportunity to network with and meet students from GW’s graduate and professional student programs.
Remarks will be given by GW President Granberg, Vice Provost for Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs Suresh Subramaniam, and GW Student Government Association Pro Tempore Amy Cowley.
Be sure to RSVP as soon as possible as there are limited spots!
Beverages and hor d'eourves will be served.

- Location: Science and Engineering Hall (SEH) Green Wall Space (SEH, B1167, 800 22nd Street, NW)
- Description: All Graduate Assistants and Graduate Research Assistants are invited to enjoy refreshments and peer networking in appreciation of their vital service to the university.

- Location: University Student Center (3rd floor, 800 21st Street NW)
- Virtual: If you are a virtual student, then you can join this Zoom and we will answer any questions you have about University resources
- Description: Stop by the 3rd floor of the USC (or join the Zoom) to visit the tables of all of the centralized offices for graduate studentrelated services at GW. We will also be providing FREE professional headshots for those that attend. Captain cookies provided.
